Back of Room

I guess this was long overdue since I keep getting asked over and over again for my list of tools and equipment I use for selling Back Of Room and recording my Hypnosis Show at events. Here is my complete list of items I use in no order of importance

You Need a Go Pro For filming those shows you can't carry much stuff to. Also great for testimonials and getting the audience reactions
GO PRO HERO 4 SILVER (The one I use)

1.

You need a great Duplicator for reproducing your master disc. Don't get bigger than 5 bay otherwise you cannot fly with it (too big) This one actually has SONY bays and is fast
DUPLICATOR (I have two of these)

2.

SONY DVD Direct is an essential piece of equipment that takes the live feed video and burns it straight on to a master DVD while the show is in progress. They don't make these any more so grab a couple while you can. There is a newer black model that is smaller and more expensive but it is very fragile and I prefer the original because it is built to be stronger and withstand the road.
SONY DVD DIRECT (Get as many as you can, they don't make them)

3.

A Strong Durable Tripod (I use this and it is awesome)

4.

My Current SONY HD camera has a built in 96 GB hard drive as well as external slot for memory card. This is the best camera out there for picture quality. Since it is a SONY it matches the products above very well too. If you use a CANON with SONY equipment above you might not get the same results. This camera has inputs for two shotgun or lapel microphones and comes with an awesome Phantom Shotgun mike. Highly recommended.
SONY NXCAM WITH MICROPHONE

5.

You need this mount for your GO PRO so that you can use an in-house regular microphone stand instead of carrying your own. Most venues have standard microphone stands. WARNING: You can get a cheaper adapter out there but they break easily. We only want the best for the Back Of Room Machine.
GO PRO MIKE ADAPTER

6.

Blank Hub Printable DVD media is essential. Don't cut corners here and go cheap. Buy in bulk direct from the factory, I love these discs and the price is excellent.
PRINTABLE DVDs 600 IN THE BOX

7.

The Slim cases are also very important, don't get the cheap ones that shatter or break and buy in bulk. These are the ones I use and I prefer proper DVD cases to just a paper sleeve or cardboard carton. They look way more Professional.
DVD SLIM CASES

8.

The Primera Bravo used to be way more expensive. You need this to print directly on to your printable DVDs. Sure you can just use stick on labels but the stick on labels make the disc heavier and now make your show production home made and amateur. With the Primera it takes 50 DVDs or CDs at a time with it's Robot arm and prints right onto each disc. You can design a nice color or B/W logo or artwork with the included software and it prints right on to the disc just as if the DVD was professionally manufactured. Makes a world of difference. It will copy and duplicate discs too but I use mine just for printing.
PRIMERA BRAVO SE

9.

10. DVD INSERTS I get my DVD insert sleeves designed on ODESK and then printed using Print Runner http://printrunner.com I do find them the best out there but ensure you get the size of slim DVD case not regular otherwise you will spend your life trimming off the excess so it can fit.

There are a few more components I will add soon with video and reviews of them, but I was in a bit of a rush to get this done for you.

If you have not watched the "How To Sell BOR" yet I strongly recommend you watch it by purchase or renting it here
